How much does a diagnosis cost?
Nothing. We inspect the device, confirm the actual fault and quote you a firm price before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing and take the device home.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking a slot means a technician is free the moment you arrive and your device goes straight onto the bench instead of into the queue.
Do you use original or aftermarket parts?
We offer both. We stock OEM and premium aftermarket parts and will tell you the difference in price, quality, and warranty so you can choose. Every part we install is covered for 90 days.
Can you repair a water-damaged device?
Often, yes — the sooner it reaches us the better. We clean the board ultrasonically, treat the corrosion and test it section by section, then tell you honestly what is recoverable before you pay.
Will I lose my data during the repair?
For screen, battery, and port repairs your data stays untouched. For storage or logic-board work we always back up first when possible and confirm with you before anything that could affect your files.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and the card and digital options shown at the bottom of this page. Payment is due at collection, once the device is back in your hands and you have checked it over.
What if you can't fix my device?
Diagnostics are free, so if a repair isn't possible or isn't worth the cost, we'll tell you straight and you pay nothing. We can also safely wipe the device or transfer your data to a new one.
